  I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service and lack of accountability at this location. Approximately two months ago, I shipped a critical component for a competition vehicle and purchased full shipping insurance to safeguard the item in transit. Please see attached photos of half the box missing and a trash bag taped on. The recipient of the packaged stated looks like the dragged it the whole trip behind the truck! Upon arrival, the package contents were damaged beyond repair. Despite having purchased insurance coverage, no meaningful progress has been made on resolving this claim. For eight weeks, store staff have deflected responsibility, repeatedly claiming they are 'waiting on corporate.' This unresolved delay has resulted in tangible damages, causing me to miss three scheduled competitions and incur significant financial losses. Furthermore, during my most recent call today seeking an update, a representative abruptly hung up the phone instead of providing assistance. Given the mishandling of this claim and unacceptable customer service, I am escalating this matter by filing formal complaints with the State Commissioner and consumer protection authorities to seek full reimbursement.

  Customer service score very low. 5 people in line around Monday morning 8/3 at 10 am. Lady currently waiting on customer never looks up or even acknowledges me. HINT: it is polite to recognize a customer in your store and say, "Hello, I'll be right with you." Finally "Mr. Congeniality" stomps out from the back, clearly unhappy and miserable that he must wait on people; mine was even an easy Amazon return. Never said "hello" or "Welcome" didn't smile or even look anyone in the eye. He clearly hates his job. Please hire someone who enjoys their job, is grateful to have one and is nice to people. And yeah yeah yeah, I know that you all "Strive to be the best blah blah blah" . Saying it does not make it so.

  Great service each time I'm there! The only thing that would make it even better is if both Amazon QR code readers for returns worked. It's usually just one of them that's working. But other than that small issue, it's a good store!

  I luv this place as a reseller they are quick for my package drop offs! However its all the ppl who come with ridiclous amounts of returns.. I feel bad for the workers
