With social distancing only 4 people can fit in the lobby at one time and the rest have to wait outside in the cold! They actually yell at you to get back outside! The lobby needs to be at least 3 times bigger and have organized lines. I will not mail packages from this facility again unless they fix it. What a non customer friendly place! Makes no sense that they moved out of the historic and roomy former post office in downtown Fergus Falls.
