- KMKarla MartinezJun 30, 20261.0I have consistently had negative experiences with the same lady at the USPS office in Farmington. She is often rude, impatient, and dismissive. She frequently interrupts before I can finish explaining my question and rarely takes the time to provide helpful information or explain my options. Another concerning experience happened today. After I paid for my purchase, the customer satisfaction survey appeared on the payment terminal, and before I had a chance to respond, she reached over and selected the positive smiley-face rating herself. Customers should be allowed to answer the survey on their own without influence. I understand that everyone has busy days, but this has been a consistent pattern over multiple visits. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
- KKkMaxJun 10, 20251.0I've had two interactions here in five years and they've both been terrible. You would think a small town post office would be bearable but it's not. I knew it was a place I remembered for a miserly, nickel and dime experience the last time I tried it but I thought, "I've got a prepaid shipping label, how bad could it be?" Don't stop here thinking you will just stroll in and get some quick business done and leave without having them extract a pound of flesh and ruin a little bit of your day. They take it as an opportunity to try to act like a big shot while leeching as much money as possible from both you and the company who bought the shipping label. It's a shame that online retailers ever use USPS for return shipping.

- SSSeth ScholzSep 6, 20171.0Literally the worst service ever. Some days the mail doesn't come until 7 pm! Sometimes, a package that says was delivered was in fact NOT delivered! It was still in the mail truck! I especially love it when I get a "sorry we missed you slip" in our mailbox when we have 5 of us here ALL day!! So they were just too lazy to get out of the truck to give a knock on the door so we have to go to the post office to get our mail or package.
