- WAwinnie awateJun 26, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with this USPS. My packages have repeatedly been delivered to the wrong address due to an issue in my area, there are two houses with the same number on different streets. When I went to the post office to report the problem, I was essentially told, “How am I supposed to fix it?” That response was unhelpful and dismissive. If I knew how to resolve a delivery error on the postal system’s side, I wouldn’t have needed to come in for assistance. Unfortunately, despite bringing this to their attention, the issue has not been resolved and my packages are still missing. I understand mistakes can happen, but I expected more support in trying to correct an ongoing delivery problem.
- JOJon OBrienJun 17, 20261.0Rudest staff I've dealt with. Aloud to interrupt you but wont have empathy for a situation. Maybe this is why they want to pull funding for usps. Find a way to talk to your citizens that doesn't tell the to quit talking and just listen. I tried to listen you kept placing blame. We accepted we needed to add a mail box you still wont explain where it needs to be. Horrible customer service.
- HLHannah LJun 9, 20261.0Absolutely awful service. The lady didn’t even attempt to deliver the package, walked up to the door with the post it and left. Didn’t knock or ring the doorbell. I tried calling the location and they would pick up the call and then hang up. TERRIBLE customer service EDIT: I went to the store the next day, which I was instructed to do, and they said they don’t have the package and put it back on the truck for redelivery. When I explained that I had immediately filled out online the day before that I would be picking it up in store(which btw online it had me pick the date to pick it up at the store) and she told me that because I put the request in yesterday that it would be available for pickup TOMORROW. THEY NEVER CAME FOR REDELIVERY TODAY. so now I’ve had the run around for two days, and still no package. Absolute garbage location and customer service.
