- JCJukeNismo ChannelSep 28, 20262.0Staff are very kind in person, but when they make mistakes they sadly don’t own up to it. I sent my package out the first time, it got absolutely destroyed, and they packed it. It got sent back to me broken, and after trying to send it out again unfortunately the employee did not put in the address I read to him correctly. Instead of taking responsibility, I got the response of “well I would have to pay for it so I’m not going to admit fault”. Very upsetting, after having my package damaged by the very same store. We eventually settled on splitting the cost, after I made my frustration VERY clear. Only not one star because the people (besides the owner) have been very kind and understanding. It’s just a shame they can’t be trusted with larger and heavier packages, and don’t take responsibility when they make mistakes.

It was a hassle for them but they were gracious and patient until we sorted it out. Awesome customer service!
