However, a black employees repeatedly questioned why there was Chinese on the letter and even said, “This is America, not China.” I felt disrespected and unwelcome.As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect regardless of where my mail comes from. I hope management addresses this and ensures all customers are treated fairly and professionally.
