    terrible customer service, guy had an attitude and his tone was very disrespectful. same thing happened with my aunt before. i ended up leaving without sending my package.

    Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. The employee I dealt with was rude, confrontational, and seemed more interested in arguing than helping customers. Instead of providing professional service, he was dismissive, disrespectful, and quick to suggest taking my business elsewhere. No customer should be treated that way. If you work in customer service, basic professionalism and respect should be expected. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. The attitude was hostile, the interaction was unpleasant, and it left me with no desire to ever return. Management should take complaints like this seriously because one employee’s behavior can easily drive customers away. I will not be coming back to this location.

    Guy working there was super helpful and helped me print out a return shipping label from my phone and box up my return item. Great service at 11:45AM - 05/11

    The gentleman who helped us (his name was Jeff) was amazing! He came out to look at how much we had for shredding in boxes in the car. Then Jeff helped us bring it all in. He was so polite, with his arms full he still held the door open for ME! They could do 70 pounds of shredding and were so helpful in getting it all done for us.
