  I enjoy visiting this location for my Amazon returns. While I realize it’s a simple transaction, the staff always makes the process easy and welcoming. I especially appreciate the helpful service from the young man at the front desk.

  Dear owner, I can see that you are very responsive to your Google reviews, which means you are a good owner! I know that in this economy it is hard to find good workers, but I want to let you know about the woman who was working at your store on Monday, June 8th at 9am: My daughter had a destination wedding in one week, and in the frenzy of preparation, she accidentally had Amazon ship the groomsmen’s wedding gifts (6 Titlest bags worth over $200) to me instead of NC. I had never done an Amazon return before, which I stupidly told the woman who was working at your 78th street in EP store at 9am on Monday, June 8th. I know that your worker was experienced because she walked me through how to change the return location to your store instead of Whole Foods. I thought everything was taken care of until my daughter contacted me later to tell me that the two cheap items in the package had already received the refund, but not the Titleist bags! I then realized that the worker had not processed or given me a receipt for the 6 bags, only the two cheap items. So, I am letting you know that if the woman returns the 6 bags she stole, I will replace this one star review with a 5 star review.

  Had them print an ID badge with very specific instructions and they did not at all do what I said. The employees have no clue what they’re doing. Worst UPS store experience I’ve ever had.

  Had the best customer service from Amiera. Busy Saturday with 5 people in line ahead of me. He was working alone and had the most pleasant attitude. Was an elderly gentleman that needed some extra help and he was terrific with the customer. Was kind, patient with everyone and got us all processed and through very quickly. Great experience.
