- NWNikki WatsonSep 24, 20261.0Worst customer service ever. I live in the area and have been here multiple times. Every single time I’m there the workers are incredibly rude and disrespectful. The first couple times I chalked it up to maybe having a bad, busy day. Now it just seems standard. I have a very important document that was sent out 2 weeks ago and never arrived. I was met with hostility trying to figure out where it is. The older female employee was so rude. She was not being helpful so I asked her for clarification and she said “I just told you!” in a loud and very snarky tone. No ma’am. You told me to wait and see what happens. I was trying to problem solve and she proceeded to wave me away as if she could not be bothered. Gross. I work in customer service and would fire this person on the spot.
- AKAbraham KimSep 10, 20261.0The lady assisting me caught an attitude with me because the package I was shipping had a pre-paid label and it contained a hazardous material (the lithium ion battery) and blamed me for being a troublesome customer for having that package. Additionally, the system unexpectedly logged her out of the system while she was helping me, which she then blamed me for the issue because I was a troublesome customer (for just having a package that had a battery in it.)
- SSSamyAug 25, 20261.0I have to drop off packages here a lot since I have an online buisness and normally they have the barcode scanner that prints a label for me and makes it so I’m not stuck at the post office forever but they’ve been neglecting it for over a month now and every time I’m there it’s broken and I’m stuck using the self service machine that takes ages please do a better job at maintaining the systems.

He made a smart remark with every "used" box that I can legally use and made a comment that I'm not supposed to write small on the bag/box. I had a good laugh with my normal west side post office & people who work at usps like.. that's exactly what you SHOULD do. Smh
- CBCorey BeckerAug 15, 20264.0Terrible customer service. I had an issue with a money order, she looked at me and said, "I dont know how, come back on monday." Really? Not gunna ask someone? Just come back i dont want to deal with it? Terrible training, Terrible customer service. Update: up to 4 stars. The manager was fantastic and their main office was very helpful. The man who helped today was very adept too. Seems like just a couple bad employees dragging the place down.
