- CBCorey Becker2 days ago1.0Terrible customer service. I had an issue with a money order, she looked at me and said, I dont know how, come back on monday." Really? Not gunna ask someone? Just come back i dont want to deal with it? Terrible training, Terrible customer service. Update: called customer service, they said they dont know how she didnt know how to cash a money order. She just didnt want to deal with it
- TTTinaJul 29, 20261.0I do not like writing bad reviews but in the case, I absolutely have to. The staff that work at this post office are the most rude woman I have ever encountered. I made a mistake of bringing my ebay packages to the front desk to send & apparently theres another area that I was supposed to drop them off at. I explained this is my first time sending ebay packages & I didnt know she gave me a dirty look, sighed a bunch of times & basically tossed my packages into a cart. The other woman working was giving the same unprofessional, nasty attitude to the other customer. Unless you absolutely have to go to this post office, I highly recommend staying away.
