I was then told they would charge me $3 for a single strip of tape. I would rather drive across town to the St. Paul location, where I have received better service and have never been charged $3 for one strip of tape. I previously thought this was a decent store, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

The younger white male employee took our big box and gave us the receipt. When the package was delivered, the shipment box was swapped to a smaller box and content that worth about $5.
- SLS LyMay 29, 20261.0I have been coming to this store for many years. Today I encountered someone by the name of Chris. He was the rudest person I had ever encountered. He watched me struggle to carry in a heavy box that I almost dropped. Before he saw my label he told me I should have packaged the return myself. I will never go back to this location.
