  Delivery did not happen as promised. Calling the driver back, no answer, calling the 800 number, after going through their extensive AI menu, finally a call back and both times while on hold the call was disconnected. These are kitchen cabinets from Menards. Very bad communication and customer no service. I would not recommend this company but sometimes you have no choice on who delivers your product. Negative 1 star

  We had 2 deliveries a day apart. Both of our orders required assembly. They were fast, professional and courteous. On the actual delivery days we were very well advised as to the timing of our deliveries.

  I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful our delivery experience was. Your delivery team was absolutely awesome! They were helpful, polite, courteous, and went above and beyond during the delivery. They were also so kind to our dog, Maggie — they even took a moment to play fetch with her, which completely made her day. I truly cannot thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. They represented your company extremely well! Thank you again!

  The two delivery men were efficient and courteous. They were also helpful in removing some doors when it was discovered that the washing machine was slightly too large without taking them off their hinges. However in their haste they had scraped the side of machine several times leaving deep gouges. When finished I unfortunately had to level the washer myself. Otherwise they had done a good job with the installation. There is a metal panel that got bent out of shape on the front upper right hand corner of the washer. However, I’m not too sure if that wasn’t already on there from shipping or manufacturing. That being said, they were kind enough to help me put the doors back on their hinges before leaving.
