RXO communicated extremely well about the upcoming delivery schedule and during the day of delivery. LG using RXO for as their delivery service should be commended.

The delivery team was very efficient, courteous, and had the removal of the old stove and the installation of the new stove done very quickly and proficiently. Thank you.

Ordered a washing machine from Samsung after my washer broke. Delivery was scheduled as directed and RXO received the washer prior to the scheduled delivery date. I received an email the day of scheduled delivery, 9/1, that delivery would be delayed and I would need to call. I immediately called and was told they would not deliver until 9/22 and that they only come to my area on Tuesdays. I understand delays can happen but they already have possession of the washer. If they only deliver on Tuesdays and they already have the item, why would I need to wait an additional 3 weeks for delivery? I was told by the rep they would work on it and follow up. That follow up never happened. Called RXO again today to find the previous rep did not do anything, did not reschedule or escalate the issue and now they state they will not deliver until 9/29. Hands down the worst delivery service or experience I have ever used and will absolutely never use again.

Great communication when scheduling the delivery of our new fridge and the delivery team was amazing. I was worried our new fridge would not fit through our door but these guys are obviously pros as they got it to work no problem! Would highly recommend
