I tried calling to see if I could just pick it up. After sitting on hold for 30 mins I requested a call back. They call back an hour later and just hang up without saying a word. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone.

I was told by Sam's Club Customer Service that the disclaimer is on their website. I checked. It is not there. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
