- BBBrandon BoquistMay 7, 20261.0Set up appointment for today. Person setting up the appointment was adamant it HAD to be a Thursday. Well I couldn't be there. So I set up someone to be there. They are there waiting. I attempt to try and find what time they are coming. They changed the date of delivery, but never told anyone. Now I have people waiting to recieve the cabinets now at the location, RXO claims they only deliver to my area on Fridays. (Mind you I had attempted to have them delivered Friday orginally and they said we only deliver there on Thursday.) I have confirmation of delivery date being today. Thanks for wasting several people's day. Crap company, zero communication on updates. DO NOT USE.

We’ve been trying to get our mattress delivered for going on two weeks! Their customer service is incompetent. Upon calling their useless customer service they told me when they find my mattress they’ll call me to reschedule my delivery. Um, excuse me, what? How is this a real company?

They delivered right at the begining of the delivery window estimate, even called when they were 20 minutes out. The guys were super friendly and courteous. Even made me laugh at a couple jokes. So glad they were my courier!

ETA was texted to me the day before and 30 min before arrival!! The two guys were friendly careful and courteous, putting both in the bedroom and hauled old set out no problem! Thank you for your service!! The Beauty rest set is definitely worth the price and we slept great!!
