First delivery date promised was November 16th, turns out they dropped the ball and never picked up the delivery. Then, they gave a delivery date of December 1 between 10-2. I gave them a call after 2 and they said it's not even coming and they'll call to arrange a new delivery... So no new ETA even. Disappointed that a major retailer like Sam's club would even choose to work with a distributor that is this unreliable.

Can you ship my specific item (i.e., what cargo types does AIT NOT accept)?
AIT’s logistics professionals are experienced with shipping all types of cargo, from temperature-controlled items such as food and pharmaceuticals to oversized and heavy freight to hazardous materials, including batteries, chemicals, and nuclear waste. Can I drop off an item for return at your facility?
No. AIT facilities are not consumer parcel drop-off locations. Please contact your seller/shipper to arrange for returns.
