Made online purchase from costco.com. i received an email saying that it will be delivered coming Thursday. After two days, i received an email on Monday saying that it will be delivered Tuesday in between 9:45 am to 1:45 pm. I used my vacation day in hurry to receive the shipment. No delivery came and received a text message saying that it will be delivered Wednesday between 3:30 to 7:30 pm. I called ait customer service directly and was not able to speak anyone because i didnt have an option to speak someone. So I called costco customer service and she spoke to ait rep instead. Then i was told that Wednesday delivery will be guaranteed. I used another vacation day for Wednesday and guess what? No delivery came next day again. I received another email saying that it will be delivered on Thursday between 10:45 am to 2:45 pm. On Thursday morning at 10 am, i received a phone call from driver saying that they will be here in 45 minutes. I was in the middle of somewhere taking care of my personal task that only needs an 30 minutes to finish but came back home in hurry. Then noboday came until an hour and 15 minutes passed. I called driver and he said he is finishing first delivery and will be here in 15 to 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and they finally came after 35 minutes. What an adventure just to receive my order. They wasted so much of my time with frustration. I was even thinking about to cancel the order because of delivery issue. They are not supposed to run business. Zero star if i could.

Trash experience with them brokering my deliveries. Customer Service is non-existent wish that Sam's Club would drop them as a partner.
