  I tried to get something mailed to the house they didn't deliver to my house or through their system to get to my house. It got to the closest post office, which is 2 or 3 blocks away they said they couldn't access my house even though there's no gate, no lock anywhere on the house we have other packages from other people.In the house, getting here fine Why is it only my and now, without my permission, they're sending the packages that were sent here from overseas.All the way back to the sender when it was just 3 blocks away and they did it all without my permission i don't even know if I get a refund or not And gosh forbid I can talk to a human when I need help with something i would rate this negative ten for every location.My area if UPS can get reach out to me somehow when I can talk to somebody and not deliver my package across the ocean at a time when it says the thing is closed, but it's clearly not when they can send a package all the way across the ocean. And contact me about my package, then I would change my rating and review on all the locations nearby

  The blue box outside states the listed times of pickup.. takes about 6 days for them to collect the packages from the blue boxes. I will use FedEx or UPS from now on. Can't trust this location

  Thank you for updating this location with a self-service kiosk! This makes it one million times more efficient and easy to ship out packages without issue. However, I just dropped off a package last night using the kiosk and it’s now 18 hours later and the package still has not been accepted into USPS for transit. I’m a little worried but haven’t run into any issues yet. Also, the older lady with glasses (not sure of her name) is always very helpful and friendly.

  I was to receive a time sensitive package, paid for priority express one day, guaranteed by May 12th, 6:00pm. It is now May 14, 10:30pm and the package has not arrived. Tracking stalled over the weekend, but package was tracked to Duluth at 3:49pm on the 14th. Would have thought local USPS would deliver this evening. This package is most likely useless to me now since it’s already over 52 hours late and the contents are highly perishable. I understand that staffing is an issue right now, but am infuriated that USPS Guaranteed service that they could not deliver. Missing this shipment has cost me months of work and over $1000. To say I’m angry is an understatement. No wonder USPS is falling to privately run services. Pay your staff appropriately so you can maintain a workable staff. Stop offering services you can’t deliver. I’ll use UPS or FedEx the next time I need fast shipping. 😡
