    Excellent customer service and patience in helping me get documents downloaded and printed. These two gentleman who were working at 11:00 am on 6/20/26 at the Duluth, MN Central Entrance location went above and beyond. Much appreciated their efforts!!

    Sam was fantastic! I have been having nothing but bad luck the last 7 or 8 days regarding my phone being stolen, then the replacement phone was dropped and shattered. Long story short, I am currently on my 4th phone now. I have been waiting for my new Sim Card to be shipped from my service provider since 06/05/2026. A few days ago, I received an updated order and tracking number for the Sim Card from my provider. The tracking link brought me to UPS. I eventually got curious if the package was going to my home address or if it was going to end up needing to be picked up from my "preferred UPS access point," so I reached out to UPS store 2761 and ended up communicating with someone from there named Sam. They were extremely helpful and gave me the correct customer service phone number to call to get the needed information. I have had such a stressful week regarding my phone and Sim Card fiasco. It definitely put my mind at ease when Sam offered me some advice. Thank you UPS!
