- KMKaley MeyerOct 13, 20201.0As a resident of Dilworth I am sad to say this post office, at least one lady in particular that works the desk is the rudest person I've had to deal with in a long time. There have been 2 separate occasions where I have gone there to simply purchase an envelope package to ship something out (what should be a quick and painless task) and she was unbelievably disrespectful and rude. One time, ok I'll give you the benefit of the doubt...we all have bad days. But when I go in a second time and it's the same person acting the same way, sorry...I'll drive the extra few miles to the Moorhead post office.

I had a package marked as delivered about two months ago and contacted my seller who didn't help much at all. Fast forward a couple months and another package labelled as delivered was missing. My delivery driver said to call the office on Monday to check. When I called the office lady looked up my tracking numbers and tracked the packages to the incorrect address. (they can track the drop off to the latitude/longitude.) Fair enough. She also looked up the older missing package and tracked that one to that same address. So, the new delivery driver needs some work. In addition, whoever was at that incorrect address has been keeping my packages! Here is where the PO clerk really impressed me! She said that the delivery driver would be checking for the packages. If they aren't there, she said she would personally drive there to see why they were keeping the packages. I was astounded! Great customer service!
