  They have a notary public on site most (all?) days, even when other UPS locations have narrow windows of opportunity.

  Usually a good experience at this UPS. However, Shannon the Manager may want to speak (generally) to his younger employees on how to speak to customers. I think it important not to insult the people paying for your services.

  Response to your reply: NO! Don't twist words and lie! I did not say "Passport". I said it was a state ID. It is NOT illegal to make a colored-copy of state ID. There is nothing special about a "UPS Store franchise" having a special exemption or clause to be illegal for UPS only. Either learn to be a good liar or be smart enough to call your corporate support staff or legal counsel to seek advice instead of lying. Just google it for free if you are capable!!! I was traveling from FL and the "sherrif's department in Andover MN required a 'colored' copy of my ID". Let me repeat this: The law enforcement folks in MN state requires a colored photocopy for the app of Identity Card!! So, I enter this UPS store and see a copy machine by the other door and was about to go on and make copies, but then i thought about manners. Stupid me! That I overthink about manners in US!! So I decided to wait in line behind a customer as she was about to be finished ahead of me but nope!! The customer service rep had all the extra time to say goodbye to that customer 10 times and wished eachother wonderful week ahead. I was getting frustrated just by seeing a long goodbye but then i thought to myself this is what MN-Nice is!! Ppl are really nice here so i should appreciate that. Now it's my turn!! I come up and greet the cashier and suddenly she is not the same person as she was earlier. Odd! I asked her i needed a color copy of one document and my ID card that i was holding. She right away said "it's illegal to make colored copy of Id cards. I cannot help you" (no apologies here) (now i was wondering whatever happened to MN Nice attitude?!). As I was shocked to hear that, I repeated her sentence as i wanted to verify what i just heard and I also explained to her nicely that it's the Sherrif's Department that wants the ID Card, are you sure?? She abruptly reaponds "You can go somewhere else but we wont make a copy here as its illegal". The customers waiting behind me started to smile as i seemed like a clown. I was not even forceful or rude at this point. But there was absolutely no need to tell me to go somewhere else!!!! That was just plain rude!! I told her fine, but can u make a copy of this document then? She made a copy and i owed her like 25 cents and I gave her a dollar and left. I went the next block over and the other shop made me a color copy of my ID and problem solved!! Before leaving you guys good review here I also googled to see if it is illegal and guess what?! It is not!!! So why did that robotic clerk making minimum paycheck was acting like a big-shot state attorney general?? Why??? If it reallt was illegal or if she assumed it was then she coild have asked me to serve myself with the other machine there or be nice about it. Just stupid!!!

  bsolutely terrible customer service. I brought in an item that was already packaged and ready to ship, and the manager insisted it needed another box—then conveniently offered to do it for an extra $14. When I declined, she became rude and unprofessional. The worst part wasn’t the fee; it was the attitude. I was treated like an inconvenience for simply asking questions and wanting my item returned. If this is how management treats customers, I won’t be back. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

  Every time I had an outgoing piece of mail with the red flag up on my mailbox, the driver has put the flag down without grabbing my mail! This has been going on for over a year now.
