  They are always helpful and very kind. I have encountered several nice gals.....The hours are a bit annoying, but not a huge deal. Thankful we have a post office. I like when they have "fun" stamps. Could use a better selection sometimes. -Carrie Albers

  Can never get the mail they insist on puting at the counter for pick up because I work 45 minutes away and don't get done in time to get there before 4:15!!! WORST HOURS EVER!!!

  There have been multiple times I have a had packages tracking history say delivered, but I didn't get them. I have called in and ask any questions regarding packages and the customer service is poor at best. Usually they ask “well did you check your mailbox?” Uhh, yes? That’s usually where I look for packages before I call and get chewed out for asking questions. I have had packages show up DAYS after they say delivered. I went in to pick up a package at the post office and they gave it to someone else? (I thought they were supposed to check IDs prior to giving packages?) most recently, I put a note on my mailbox asking them to not leave packages as I’ve had multiple stolen they ripped the note off and left it crumpled up on the floor by my mailbox.

  It must be nice to have an occupation where customer service is irrelevant. Where you can just go through the motions of the day and not really worrying about execution or lack thereof. And therefore you don't have to worry about any repercussions that would normally result from doing an absolutely poor job. If I could rate this service a 0/5 I would have. For roughly the past year and a half, the delivery service has been deplorable. At least three times per week, I get someone else's mail, I received three pieces of mail yesterday that were all different addresses. We have not recieved documents with sensitive information that were confirmed to have been sent to this address. I did not receive certain bills and missed payments as a result (still my fault but for some of us, the reminder is that little slip of paper we get in the mail every month). Did I mention that I once received THREE pieces of mail in one day for THREE different addresses? Get better...

  Called to report a problem and no one at the Clearwater post office will even answer the phone.
