- LRLee RileaJun 3, 20261.0I'm getting fed up. 4 of the last 4 packages ive gotten have been left in front of the garage where they are highly visible to thieves and completely open to the elements. My front door is about 3 yards further, and at least has a roof overhang to somewhat protect the package. No reason the deliverer can't walk it up to the door. This is completely unacceptable. Constant higher rates and less and less service. I Left a message for the postmaster with the guy st the counter after the 3rd package. No call from the postmaster. And another delivery to my garage door. They constantly lose stuff sent to me that is important mail. I am not happy.

- BBBeehApr 1, 20241.0Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced as a business owner. I had 3 packages that were scheduled to be picked up but was not picked up until a day later. During the pickup next day we’ve also had 3 incoming DHL packages that were delivered. The mail man without verifying the packages took the 3 DHL packages thinking they were the 3 that were outgoing. He claims he scanned the DHL packages and they went through their system which is incorrect. If he actually looked at the label when he claimed he scanned he would’ve seen that they are not outgoing USPS packages. Today I spoke with the DHL driver and he confirmed USPS scanner would not be able to scan DHL shipping Labels. I also spoke with the USPS manager named Long. He basically didn’t want to deal with me stating he will get the driver on the phone “because he doesn’t want to go back and forth me with arguing about this situation.”
