  I went in to Burnsville UPS Store 4123 after earlier visiting Apple Valley store 3603 trying to return Frontier phone/internet equipment. At Apple Valley, they scanned the return QR code Frontier sent me, and serial #'s and said it showed an error and could NOT be sent. After 5 months of frustration w/Frontier Communications trying to change our service, then eventually trying to quit their service, I was finally SO happy to return Frontier's equipment per their detailed instructions, telling me to bring to UPS store and and that UPS would send it using the QR code. When Apple Valley store couldn't help me at all, I was in tears after 5 months of frustration with Frontier. The girl employee was not very empathetic and offered no other help. Later that day, running errands near the Burnsville (4123) store, I thought maybe I should try there just in case Apple Valley did something wrong. I was greeted by "Jeff" who was friendly, patient, helpful, empathetic and when the error came up, he then thought of checking with "Krishna" (maybe he's the manager?) They BOTH figured out a work-around and Krishna suggested trying a manual procedure and they made it WORK!!! Jeff was so glad too, and SO nice. He printed out receipts and even made a photocopy of the label that was printed and urged me to save that paperwork, commenting that those receipts were "gold" and excellent PROOF of returning the equipment (Frontier threatens a $500 fine if not returned). Jeff said he almost guaranteed Frontier would call and say they did not receive the equipment, but I'd have proof of return. He added that he's seen these types of problems before, and shared that internet companies are notoriously difficult to work with. I myself was trained in customer service when I worked at Apple Store, Mall of America for 7 years, so I know good, empathetic, helpful service when I see it! These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond!! Please reward them. They MADE MY DAY!! Within a few minutes I actually received a text from Frontier saying they "received" our returned equipment. Earlier that day, I was SO upset and frustrated at Apple Valley store (3603), I actually started crying when she said she couldn't help and to "just call Frontier." Frontier is horrible to call.. it's all AI and they just direct you to a website and hang up. Believe me that was a first time I'd ever cried in a store, but the build-up of 5 months of frustration by Frontier, and not being able to finally be done with them was too much! SO again, Jeff and Krishna at the Burnsville UPS store (4123) were awesome! I thanked them over and over and promised them I'd find a way to share my experience with UPS and give a review, as I took a couple pictures to share. I can't describe the feeling of relief when I left that store!

  The girl in the Burnsville store on Sunday 7/19 went over and above to help me with my Amazon return to get the correct QR code. She was so pleasant to work with.

  The absolute worst customer service, with the rudest employees. Just do your returns at Kohl's it's so much better.
