  Hey the review right below me is absolutely correct! This staffing agency is the worst place to find a job in MN. I’ve worked with Pride Staff in other states and it’s a good agency. Pride Staff (Brooklyn Park) needs to hire more professional staff who want to fill positions as fast as possible. 50+ positions on their website but no action taken to secure it. My recruiter was Marissa Perea. I applied for a position and got an interview with IPSI - Independent Packing Services, Inc. I ended up discussing to Marissa that the company was not a good fit for me. She never followed up with jobs I applied for afterwards but promised to help. Marissa never followed through with the process. I waited a week and no follow up from Marissa. I drove to the office a couple of weeks later so I can speak to a different recruiter that was more professional and willing to help me & Marissa acted like she didn’t recognize me because I changed my hairstyle. She lied in my face stating that she will send my resume to other clients that I applied to. Marissa complained that she was busy with other potential hires and the office was short staffed! Excuse after excuse. The BS was unbelievable! After conversations with her on the phone she will hang up quickly before you can even say goodbye. So rude. She needs to be replaced and Pride staff need to improve in hiring more professional staff in the office ( Brooklyn Park) that will actually help potential employees. Pride Staff I would appreciate if you do not respond to my post like you did other reviews below. Yes I am in the system but I don’t use my real name on Google! Please make improvements. Thank you.

  My experience here was incredibly disappointing. The agency is stuck in the past; requiring candidates to drive into the office just to scan two forms of ID is a massive waste of time that could be done digitally. After that, expect total silence—no calls, no texts, and zero follow-up. It feels like recruiters no longer work with you to find a role; instead, it seems like they just want you to create an account so they can check a box. Honestly, I should apply to be a recruiter myself since it seems like the job involves doing nothing once a candidate is in the system. Between the lack of transparency on job locations and the month-old postings on their website that no one monitors, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
