TL;DR: My experience with Pride Staff is fantastic! I first applied for a job through Pride Staff a few weeks prior to this review (Late August/Early September 2026). It was not a job I was particularly excited about and I was overqualified for the position. The company didn't end up hiring for the position, so I moved on and forgot about it. However, a few weeks later I received an excited phone call from Tim at Pride Staff (the owner/strategic partner). He still had my information on file, and connected me with a company who was urgently hiring for a position that is perfect for me and my experience/qualifications. After that phone conversation, Tim immediately got to work setting me up with an interview. Days later I was hired on the spot due to the perfect match. Tim has since consistently kept in touch with me to make sure things are moving along. Pride Staff is incentivized to set you up with a good role, and in my case they certainly followed through!

I had a wonderful experience with the Pride staff team. Marissa and Tim stood out for their kindness and professionalism from start to finish. They made the interview process smooth and stress-free, taking time to explain each step clearly and answering every question with patience. Their courteous and helpful approach put me at ease immediately, and I felt genuinely supported throughout. The whole team creates a welcoming environment that makes a real difference. I highly recommend Pride staff to anyone looking for a positive, professional experience.

I can’t recommend this team enough! From the very beginning, Marissa made the entire job search process feel smooth and stress-free. She was always proactive with communication, keeping me updated every step of the way. Whether there was a delay from an employer or the next step in the hiring process, I never once had to reach out wondering what was going on because she always kept me informed. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just present me with one opportunity. They took the time to understand my background and gave me multiple companies that fit my experience and career goals, allowing me to interview with more than one employer. That made me feel like they genuinely wanted to find the best fit for me, not just fill a position. I also want to recognize Tim, who stepped in whenever Marissa was unavailable to make sure I stayed updated. It really shows how well their team works together and how committed they are to providing outstanding customer service. Thanks to their professionalism, communication, and support throughout the entire process, I accepted an offer for an amazing new position. If you’re looking for a recruiting team that truly cares about your success and keeps you informed every step of the way, I highly recommend working with Marissa, Tim, and the entire team.
