  We came here on time for a fingerprinting APPOINTMENT and were told to wait at the machine for someone to come help. After 10-15 min, someone who appeared to be a supervisor came from the back and saw us waiting but started helping other customers in line… so we waited a while longer and they still hadn’t come over to help. My partner then gets in line so they can ask for a help a 2nd time after already being told to wait by another associate for help. 30ish minutes in, he is able to get their help but they have issues logging into the machine so we have to wait even longer for them to get help from IT. Once that was sorted out, one set of finger prints was done. Unfortunately, we had to wait even longer because a 2nd set of fingerprints needed to be done and the supervisor went back and helped people in line… so my partner had to stand and wait a 3rd time. After waiting for a while and seeing the line getting longer and no one one coming to help, he gets in line again! The wait was long!! Finally after over an hour we are done! This is ridiculous. If you have an appointment for a customer you should honor it. Not make them wait at a machine with no attention only to make them wait in a line to get your help. We will not be returning back here again.

  Great store... Best service... but lol charges for tape. What happened to them check out the package... Now it must be sealed before entering the store, umk... Still the lady was so nice I didn't care about the dollar at that point.

  Was helped by a nice lady to print out some documents. Everyone who works at this location is always so kind and very helpful. Glad that they are also close in distance to me.

  I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with UPS delivery. I made sure I was home and available the entire day my package was scheduled to arrive, but they still marked it as “Sorry we missed you.” There was no knock, no call, nothing. Just the note left on my door after hours of waiting. This has happened more than once, which is really disappointing. I was available and even had my phone nearby, but no attempt was actually made to contact me. I ended up having to call customer service and have my package redirected to a UPS Store. That part was quick and easy, but if I’m paying for delivery, I expect it to be delivered to my front door. Not have to go pick it up. UPS really needs to improve their delivery process. A tracking system like Amazon’s, where you can see the driver in real time and meet them at the door, would help prevent situations like this. Overall, very frustrating and inconsistent service.
