And the reasoning: they put it in the wrong bin. It's as maddening as humanly possible. And they won't let you go and pick it up there either. Disaster.

Nobody attempted to deliver a certified letter, so now we are going to have to send someone to pick it up because the suggested website for scheduling a redelivery will not work.

On multiple occasions my package has gotten to this post office and instead of being deliver it was sent back to St. Paul. I ship allot of packages and over 10 have gone missing between this post office and the Eagan Processing center. Also they mark packages as delivered even though they are not and end up being delivered several days later.
