- RJrobert jordanJul 26, 20261.0I couldn't be more disappointed with the price gouging one experienced from thermoking Cordele ga and the Conley ga location as well. My SB210 popped a belt at 3am on a Saturday while getting loaded. I called the location in cordele for emergency assistance and was told they can't come to me because I'm a cash customer meaning i don't have an account with thermoking. In addition to having to come to the shop they tried to charge me a 3 hrs minimum, even though I told them it was just a belt, and that initial cost not including the cost of the belt was $1250. I asked how much just to come sell me the part and it was $100. I decided to just cancel the load because my driver wasn't equipped to change the belt. Fast forward to Sunday I'm back in the Atlanta area trying to get the belt from Thermoking Conley and they want $400 just to come out and sell me the belt. Unbelievable.
- MRMario RampaniJul 5, 20261.0After spending alot of money buying a APU. You fail at anything warranty, refuse to fix YOUR design issues. Like your stand alone design 2023 model. Fan blowing on Radiator but no way for the hot air to get out. Your fix was spending 1500 dollars to connect it to the oil and coolant of my truck or leave the door open to the APU in hopes it doesn't over heat. Refuse to even put a louvered casing on opposite side to resolve the issue. I would NEVER ever recommend or buy another unit from this company and their very poorly designed APU. Right now all I have is a 4 yr old battery charger for 13k.
- SBStuart BeaversOct 25, 20241.0The tripac 3 is the worst apu ever built it does not charge and cool at the same time and the ac is horrible it barely blows cold and when it charges it cuts off the ac they need to give up and bring back the evolution this is horrible this new tripac is made for companies not drivers thermo king doesn't care anymore about drivers god this thing sucks
