I had a question about dry ice shipments, but the virtual assistant kept asking me for information I didn't have. If you push zero for a representative, the virtual assistant comes up with clever excuses for why it can't connect you to a representative. I was persistent, but the virtual assistant had more excuses and couldn't be bypassed. I guess the AI revolution is more about dodging questions than answering them. I ended up shipping with UPS.
