I've complained 3 times about my mail delivery, but those who work behind the counter here are usually pleasant and knowledgeable. The website is also not very good. It's difficult to get in contact with anyone. I was very surprised to actually have the latest manager from Bemidji personally call me about my problems with my mail delivery. Thank you. No one has thrown packages from the middle of my driveway since then. I do still get some mangled envelopes and packages but not as much. Still not getting mail I'm expecting or get it several days after I needed it. I believe the management is trying, but employees just don't care about doing a good job anymore.
