  My business was refused #Amazon Return order Because he got a Little frustrated with the Last Amazon return order..... I tried to explain to him, I've only ever done this once before and the The young man before was able to do it in 30 seconds and I was out the door..... I didn't see what the problem was... He handed me my package and said something about emailing myself something... Told him I\n Couldn't hear what he said because I was a little deaf.... He scoffed and walked away..... Do better.UPS

  If you want to be in and out, this is the UPS store to come to. This UPS location always has enough staff, they are friendly and literally gets you on your way in no time, even if the line is 15 people long.

  I went into the UPS store in Apple Valley today to drop a box that already had a label and I didn't need a receipt. When I walked in there was a line but Adelena was waiting for the next customer to get to her register so I quickly tried to ask her if I could just leave the package somewhere. She didn't even let me finish, she just said VERY loudly, "you have to wait in line!" When I went to speak again she repeated herself even louder. It was embarrassing and unnecessary for her to speak that way. I don't mind waiting in line, but I didn't want to have to wait in line if it wasn't necessary. I won't be using the store again and will use the one across from my office in Edina where the employees actually seem to enjoy their jobs.
