  There is a specific staff member who is rude every interaction I have with her. Additionally, I have heard her talk about her coworkers and other customers inappropriately on multiple occasions.

  Don't even try to go here!! They say they have walk ins available for passports but clearly they don't !!!! Kendra is the most rudest unprofessional person that works there!! She is so fake and she is the only person that does the passports. They make you wait for over a hour for a walk in. Then after Kendra has a lunch break she comes back saying she don't have time for you!! Knowing you have only 2 hours for walk ins why would you go on lunch break?? Because she is lazy and don't want to work!! Then gives you excuses!! They need people that actually want to work here instead of lazy rude employees..... Make sure you make an appointment if you want your passport!! There is no such thing FOR WALKINS !! One star is to much for this location... They have always been EXTREMELY rude here..

  Well we didn't get what we were looking for... large vanilla envelopes cost like $1.80 to send straight up. I had 51 of them. I expected to get a printout stamp. Nope they don't do that. At first the gal figured I could buy one configuration of stamps that would be WAY over paying, then she figured out a better fit. An international stamp and a bus stamp whatever amounts those are. They only had 5 bus stamps left. The stamps were horribly disorganized, likely because they get so busy. We had to go to another PO which had a nice file of all of the stamps and all the bus stamps we could ask for. It was a bizarre day to find out that there is a set price for an envelope but you can't buy just that price to send it if you have bulk. I over paid $5, but it woulda been like over $20 so that's a win. I guess?! 🤔

  My daughter pays for a PO box and after several in person visits, speaking to the "supervisor" and several phone calls to the postal inspector they still have allowed her ex who's name was never on her box allowed to get her mail and everyone she talked to basically just put it off on someone else or the person in charge was not there and the excuses go on. So, nothing has been done about it and it's been a year!!! This post office is absolutely horrible. People pay an outrageous amount of money for this just to be like oh well. Maybe it's going to take them being sued in order to get this problem resolved.
