  The staff was very nice and super friendly. However, I was there to send out my Save the Dates for my wedding back in January 2026. It was a small magnetic and wasn't heavy at all, but i was still worried about postage. The staff told me that 1 stamp per envelope would be good enough and I wouldn't have any issues. Because of this, half of my guest never received their Save the Dates or I got them back because it said it wasn't enough postage on the envelopes. Some of my guest told me they had to pay USPS to even receive the Save the Date because it was short postage. If you are sending out anything wedding related make sure you have enough postage or just go to Post Office because they will make sure it's the right postage. I was going to have them help me with my Wedding Invitations but because of this I decided to go elsewhere.

  The UPS Store in Ypsi has been assisting with all our event printing needs for several years. They are fantastic. Candice is amazing. They turn over all of our documents quickly, keep them organized, and everything is always perfect. She even offers helpful suggestions to improve our event materials. They are instrumental to the success of our event!

  Logan is kind, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate. I walked in, very stressed, as I had some very important documents that I needed to be sent over to an attorney. Logan initially put me at ease with his professionalism, he then was able to help me get my shipping matter resolved while at the same time offering a breath of fresh air in understanding how important and crucial this transaction was to me. I can’t thank him enough for all of the above characteristics he displayed while helping me at crucial time. In a world where most people are just at work for a paycheck, it was very apparent to me that he cares about people and resolving their matters. I hope these kind words find both him and his management team as he deserves the utmost recognition for taking care of me.

  The employees are awesome and they make everything you do, whether it is packing & mailing, copying, or Amazon returns extremely easy. Highly recommend!

  The customer service at this location and the UPS systems is horrible. I’ve never feel so disappointed with any delivery services. I am trying to find the solution when their delivery man can’t locate my apartment (while I’ve been using same address for years). My package was returned back in less than a day. And I am trying to resolve the problem with this specific facilities to locate first my apartment, cause once they send it to me AGAIN, they should know that my address is complete and valid. What’s the point of talking with UPS center if their man can’t find my apartment. The response that I received throughout the conversation was not professional and not helpful at all.
