  Five Stars - Six Thumbs Up - One Tiny Observation I visited twice within two days, and both experiences left me impressed. The customer service was exceptional—fast, friendly, and efficient, even in a busy environment. What stood out most was the teamwork. Employees genuinely seemed to support one another, stepping in where needed and working together to create a smooth, positive customer experience. That kind of teamwork is refreshing to see and deserves recognition. One small observation from my second visit: professional appearance is part of the customer experience. While everyone was kind, helpful, and respectful, attire that repeatedly exposed the midriff felt a bit more weekend social scene than professional workplace. This is offered as constructive feedback, not criticism of any individual. A more consistent dress standard would better reflect the professionalism the team otherwise demonstrated. Overall, a great experience. Excellent service, excellent teamwork, and a staff that clearly cares about its customers.   Says they attempted delivery today at 5:55 pm. I just got this email at 10:05 pm. Also odd seeing as I was home eating dinner, near the door at 5:55 pm. I also don't see a missed delivery notification on my door. Sounds like you have lazy employees who don't actually try to deliver.

  $45 dollars for a small box that weighs 6 pounds, never again go to the post office.

  Realistically, I didn’t know what to expect when I went to the ups store for the first time, I came there to drop off a package for a client on eBay. The service was simple and the staff member told me the different ways to send them the address either from mailing, or just telling them straight up. Overall, the service was good and much more confident since it’s closer to me than USPS.
