- ISits skizo3 days ago1.0I dont remember the chicks name that was working at 2:30 8/17 but she blatantly lied about the companies services to my face I tried changing my address because I recently moved out here from Grand rapids and she denied that being one of the companies services which I've used in grand rapids multiple times thought you know maybe they just don't do it out here but while exploring the horrible call menu that makes it impossible to talk to a live person found out they do in fact do that service at the white cloud location where I went she was just being lazy trying to get out of doing a quick simple easy job 0/5 stars worst post office I've ever been to by a long long long shot
