- MRMadison RoseSep 16, 20261.0This has to be the worst post office in the state of Michigan. I don't understand how these employees are employed, if anyone reviewed the cameras it would be clear to see. I have never been here less than an hour each time. The manager herself has had no training or a clue on basic mail procedures. I came for a mail key after I had moved and was told a new key would be ready in 7 business days and I would receive a call when it was available to pick up. After 2 weeks I went up there and the manager said oh we don't call you to pick up the key, who told you that? Then she ran off to check my stop hold mail for over 40 minutes and came back confused and empty handed?! No mailbox key either! Almost 3 weeks before I got the call to pick up my key! Oh and I changed my address in person in August and it was never changed...please do better!

I’m newer to post offices And honestly, didn’t know what to do, but she gave me all the information that I needed to know, especially for a work company that I work for. These were really important for me to pick up. She made it very easy for me. Great service she provided!!
- AAAndreaAug 14, 20261.0I went to the post office because I got a call that my Mailbox Key was ready To be picked up and I recently just moved to the area. The guy at the counter made me jump through hoops, which was unnecessary he made me feel like I was being fraudulent. I offered to give my ID first and then he asked for my street address, I gave my apartment address, then he acted like he couldn’t find it. He finally gave me my key. It had the address that I gave him and my phone number, and then he asked me for my ID Which I tried to give him in the beginning SMFH. He seemed bothered Because the girl before me Told him to take the next customer he seemed to be nice to her saying that he would suspend her transaction. You need to have better customer Service and treat all your customers the same
