- AAAndreaAug 14, 20261.0I went to the post office because I got a call that my Mailbox Key was ready To be picked up and I recently just moved to the area. The guy at the counter made me jump through hoops, which was unnecessary he made me feel like I was being fraudulent. I offered to give my ID first and then he asked for my street address, I gave my apartment address, then he acted like he couldn’t find it. He finally gave me my key. It had the address that I gave him and my phone number, and then he asked me for my ID Which I tried to give him in the beginning SMFH. He seemed bothered Because the girl before me Told him to take the next customer he seemed to be nice to her saying that he would suspend her transaction. You need to have better customer Service and treat all your customers the same

We only realized this the day before we were leaving for our wedding and 30 minutes prior to the close of the post office. My fiancée was 30 minutes away and Sherri and Colleen went above and beyond. They were kind enough to keep the lobby open even after close to make sure we got our license. Thank you to the staff for being so gracious and helping us avoid a big issue!

- VFVicki FloiedJul 22, 20261.0This has got to be the worst post office ever. These people who work there seem like they need retrained for their jobs. I was suppose to have a package delivered but got a notice they attempted to deliver it which was crap cause the mail lady walked up on my porch but delivered nothing. I did however put in a hold mail slip days before but it wasn't suppose to start till the following week which I think thats where the confusion came for the carrier. Hello, do you not know how to read dates? So I went up there and he said they would deliver it the next day. I went up to the post office just to make sure my mail was still on hold for that upcoming week and the guy said he didn't see anything. SERIOUSLY!!! I had to fill out another slip. Another time I requested to hold my mail, I marked the box to have them resume delivering it to my house. Monday came no mail then Tuesday no mail, so I drove to the post office and there it was just sitting there. You people need to learn how to do your job and try to be a bit more friendly cause you are very rude talking to customers. Shame on you.
