  I called today to find out what time you were open and I got a very rude person on the phone who said nothing happy not a great greeting but 7 o’clock when I got there, they were speaking in another language did not look me in the face could not answer my questions until I brought it to their attention that they were being rude and then I ended up going to the post office where I was serviced in about a minute and a half In-N-Out no problem I will never go back to this UPS store and it’s because of the two employees that were working at 5 o’clock on Thursday afternoon I don’t think they care one bit about customer service Your training is obviously not very good when it comes to customer service or speaking the language of the person in front of them

  I come to this location frequently. The staff is very knowledgable and efficient even when the store is busy.

  I had a very bad experience dealing with this store, specially one clerk there, she had a very poor knowledge in her job, she refused to hand me over a company package that wasn’t under my name but accorging to the agreement between UPS and my company, even if the package is not under the receiver’s name, the receiver can provide a specific release code to receive any package sent from his company to us, I asked he if I can provide her with the Release Code but she refused, I had to call the corporate to solve the problem, they contacted the store and instructed them to hand over the package to me if I provide the he Release Code, I provided her with it and received the package but she lied when she told me that I didn’t mention anything about providing the Release Code from the binging, and she insisted to lie. I’ll do my best no to go to this store again in future.
