The phone number provided is automated only, so you can't call the building for questions or concerns, and the robot WILL hang up if you don't ask for something in its narrow script.

The employee was the same ethnicity as the person she was helping. He was very happy and gave her several compliments on how much he appreciated her help. When it was time for her to help us we were expecting the same level of customer service. Unfortunately, she would not help us. She told us we would have to go to another counter and tape on the return address. She carried our box over to another counter and left tape on top. There were no other customers in the store and we were not the same ethnicity as her. It's a shame that this is allowed in that store.
