  Had a hard time getting my mail. The lady at the counter acted like I was bothering her. I tried to get a smile out of her but was unsuccessful, a personality of a stone. They wouldn't deliver a large package from Amazon because I didn't have my mail box up yet but I did have the address posted clearly at the road. The packages were heavy it was a cabinet. When I went to pick it up from the post office she made the comment (I don't know why you just didn't buy it from. A furniture store) Really? She should not be the face of the Wellston post office she has no customer service skills. She may be good at everything else I would not know but they need someone else at the counter.

  Terrible. This is our 3rd missing package/item since we moved here just over a year and they won't do anything but say 'thats what insurance is for.' Wrong answer. We wouldn't need insurance if people could do excellent work. We also get other peoples mail that isn't anything like our street name delivered to us. Once we received a package and I opened it assuming it was mine since it came to my home and I was waiting for one to arrive, and it was someone else's package of medications!!!!! They likely need their medications, therefore I hand delivered it to them bc I do not trust this post office to deliver mail!!! That is really said. I've lived in big cities, all over and I have never had issues with USPS. And the customer service is a joke. Other family have also had issues here-mail never received!

  Never open. Continuously delivering my mail to the wrong adress!

  not helpful at all. Lost a license for a vehicle and now wont even look for it, and now the person who needs the plate cannot drive their brand new car because their plate was lost in the mail
