I don't know how they do it, but they know the whole neighborhood and remember everything! I am currently serving and while I'm deployed, I request my mail be forwarded to my parents address in Wells to handle any issues in my absence. I was recently contacted about my absentee ballot and the USPS rep remembered when my last deployment was and that I hadn't had any mail delivered there since then. Insanely impressive! Also, I am not sure how everything shakes out, and this may be coincidence, but my Grandma will mail me a letter from Escanaba the same day my Mom mails me from Wells and I get my Mom's 2-5 days before my Grandma's. Great work and even better customer service!
