  Bret here refused to give me service without telling him exactly what was inside my package which is illegal to even inquire about. Why do you think they have their policy questions liquid, fragile, batteries, etc... went to the next USPS and NO ISSUES AT ALL. Just the usual questions.

  They make sure to put all that junk mail in our boxes, but out priority mail always late a pass the deadline even our SSI CHECKS are late every month!! They don't need jobs they are not doing

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience at the Wayne USPS location. The employee who helped me, Bret, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He never greeted me, rushed me through my transaction, and didn’t even say, “Have a good day.” The interaction made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. On top of that, the location was poorly stocked. They were out of many basic shipping supplies and barely had any boxes or envelopes available. It’s frustrating to visit a post office and not have the essential materials needed to ship a package. I understand places get busy, but good customer service and keeping basic shipping supplies in stock should be the standard. I hope management addresses both the customer service and inventory issues.

  After going to the Canton post office, where they wouldn’t give me a piece of tape, I went to the Wayne post office because Canton would mail my package without the piece of tape that they wouldn’t provide me and the Wayne office was fantastic. I was in and out in three minutes or less. Thank you to Nina.

  I have generally had positive experiences at the Wayne Post Office, but my interaction with the Saturday clerk, Brett, was unacceptable. I was shipping an international package and had questions about box sizing, pricing, and customs requirements. Rather than explaining the process upfront, I was allowed to tape and seal my package before being told that I needed to provide a detailed list of the contents. When I asked for tape so I could reopen and reseal the package, I was told that tape was available for purchase. Throughout the transaction, I felt that my questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to help a customer. International shipping can be complicated, and I expected basic guidance and professional customer service. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the entire experience. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
