For starters, I made my appointment a week in advance using the available appointment times listed on the website. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at the counter around 9:50 a.m. for my 10:00 a.m. appointment. Being a few minutes early wasn’t an issue—the clerk simply asked me to have a seat and said the passport employee would be with me at 10:00. Well, 10:15 came and went, and no one had shown up. I politely asked the clerk how much longer the wait would be, and instead of getting a professional response, she raised her voice and told me the passport employee wasn’t there and wouldn’t be in until 10:30. What made the situation even more frustrating was that she suggested I could leave and reschedule my appointment. Why would I reschedule when my original appointment time was never honored? If the passport employee wasn’t going to be available until 10:30, appointments shouldn’t have been offered for 10:00 in the first place. While I was waiting, I also witnessed another employee behind the counter raising her voice at other customers. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional, disorganized, and lacked basic customer service. I understand delays happen, but poor communication and employees yelling at customers are unacceptable. I expected much better from a government office that requires appointments.

You pay, but you have to make them happy; otherwise they'll make a joke of you. Acting like they're cool :))))
