  I had such a wonderful experience at this UPS location because of Joe. I came in with a ton of packages and was clearly struggling to get everything inside, and without hesitation, he came outside to help me carry them in. From there, he was incredibly kind, polite, efficient, and made the entire process feel easy. It may seem like a small gesture, but that kind of thoughtfulness really stands out. To me, that is what community and great customer service are all about: noticing when someone could use a hand and simply stepping up to help. Joe went above and beyond, and I hope UPS knows what an asset he is to this location. Thank you, Joe!

  Very disappointing experience. I came to drop off a prepaid USPS package because UPS Stores have accepted USPS drop-offs for me in the past. However, the employee refused to take my package and gave no clear explanation for why it was being refused. What made the experience even worse was the employee’s attitude. The male staff member who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of politely explaining the situation or offering an alternative solution, he simply refused the package and made me feel unwelcome. A simple explanation and respectful customer service would have made all the difference. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

  The customer service provided by Anthony and Joe was exceptional. Their helpfulness and expertise in their roles were greatly appreciated. I recommend considering a bonus, raise, or paid day off for their outstanding performance.
