I frequently ship out packages and often run into some of my packages ending up lost at this location. I check tracking, they get scanned in but never leave and for weeks I’m left with the message “delayed in transit”. Eventually the tracking number no longer exists and the receivers never get my packages. I’ve been patient and spoke to a few of the employees here asking what the problem is and get left with being told that I need to file a claim or to “cross my fingers” in hopes that it gets found. Not once or twice has this happened. This is now the fourth time. I do not recommend this location.

1. When I moved to Novi last year, I was unable to get a mailbox key from my landlord, so I purchased one from USPS. However, the key was incorrect and would not open my mailbox. I visited the post office again and left the key with them to be looked into, but they never contacted me for an entire month. During that time, I was unable to receive many important documents. When I finally followed up about the key, they had completely forgotten about it. In the end, my landlord had to personally visit USPS to obtain the correct key.
2. I received a notification that a purchased item had been delivered to a parcel locker, so I checked my mailbox — but there was no parcel locker key inside. Their work is far too careless. As you can see from the many reviews here, this is probably one of the worst USPS locations around.

The man who is always at the desk is so lightning fast and one of the friendliest human beings I’ve ever met. The new white lady with the tattoos is extremely disrespectful, unhelpful, and ridiculously slow. She wasn’t even at the desk for 10 minutes when I walked in and there was an entire line ahead of me

I would be so happy if you could leave negative stars. There is a reason there is so many negative reviews.
The most lazy, useless employees ever. We have been going back and forth about our packages being left in the snow. We have asked nicely to please not to leave packages in the snow, since we get many deliveries for my husbands business. Finely we got a letter saying our dogs are unleashed and they are not comfortable delivering packages, WHICH has never happened in the 3 years we have lived here.
The forth time I spoke with the supervisor, Darren who was nothing but a condescending, rude individual that wanted to correct ever point I made. Did nothing but suggest leaving a box for packages at the end of our driveway since his employees are too lazy to drive down our driveway to actual deliver the packages.
