From the moment we approached the counter, the clerk seemed unwilling to help and repeatedly tried to turn us away. We were simply trying to mail a package, but instead of helping, she was dismissive and made us feel like we were bothering her. Basic customer service shouldn’t be this difficult. I hope management reviews this employee’s conduct and addresses how customers are being treated at this location.

- MDMJ DAug 12, 20261.0This is the second time we have received a notice that a certified letter was unable to be delivered because we were not at home. In both instances, we were at home and even saw the mail truck pull up to our mailbox. This means that we are forced to go down to the post office and stand in line to wait to receive the letter. The last one that we received actually had taken more than 20 days to reach our post office and therefore the deadline for action had expired. Now I guess we have to do it again. Try to reschedule delivery the last time and nothing happened. Worst service ever!
