  My spouse and I went in for the TSA Precheck processing, and with all sincerity, this FANTASTIC human being by the name of Eric H provided invaluable assistance. For anyone who signs up for the TSA precheck process, Eric was awesome walking us through it in a calm and clear way. I think we can all agree we hear "TSA" and have some trepidation. Eric displayed not only high levels of skill in getting us signed up painlessly, he was so friendly, so smart and funny, and generally so on his game we just had to make sure he got a great review. Staples people, you have an outstanding member of your Team and he deserves to be recognized. He would be great in a position to train other staff on how to be both knowledgeable and well-versed in their position, but also how to be a spectacular person who clearly likes his job, and clearly enjoys his customers, it shows.   Came here to pick up balloons , no one can support even I asked a staff and he said he would tell someone to support me but no one came at party city desk. Many staff saw me waiting for someone but no one cared. After 20min wait a guy finally supported me. Obviously human resources shortage.
