Received email and text notices of 4 hour delivery time frame, as well as, updates to their arrival time within 30 minutes. The delivery drivers/installers were right on time. They took out the old dryer, allowed me time to clean the area before they brought in the new dryer, installed it and started a cycle. I feel like the whole process took less than 30 minutes. They were punctual, professional and polite!
