We used to get it delivered at 9am it is getting old plus you tell that mail lady its 5mph on our road not 15 or 20 at exactly 8:03pm 5/19/2026 she decided to zoom fast down the road

I have to continually ask to speak to an agent then get told my wait time is 16 minutes. 16 minutes to talk to a postal worker that is sitting at the counter and been not busy all day and received no calls all day.

I have a package that they randomly decided couldn't be brought to the house (after NO trouble bringing any other package.) and i now have to find a way to work it into my schedule to get into the four-hour window of time that this place is open. I am so upset.
