- PGPranay Gupta6 days ago1.0If you’re shipping a package just use click and ship. The manager and the clerk tried lying and saying that click and ship is not “meant for people like me” and that I need a special printer that I can’t buy and that it’s meant for businesses. They tried charging me more than double than the online rate and said “there’s no way you put that in right”. One of the most infuriating experiences I’ve ever had. Train your employees, fire the manager and learn how to respect people who are just trying to send a package. Guess what I was able to use click and ship by myself and shipped it out faster than spending time at this terrible branch

Both times I actually took the mail to the post office, walked inside and dropped it in the mail slot. One was lost in February and the other was lost in May. It's ridiculous. I have also filed a complaint because my mom keeps receiving mail for other people in her neighborhood. I found 4 pieces of mail on May 9th for the neighbor 2 houses down. The mail was postmarked April 29th. One was a Priority Mail envelope. Pathetic. I filed a complaint about it and no on ever contacted me about it. I'm going to start dropping my mail at the P.O. in Clawson, rather than Troy.

Of the 6 Metro-Detroit post offices that I use, this is the only one that your pre paid packages may not get scanned. Multiple times I’ve dropped off pre paid (on time) and ends up getting marked as “LATE” on my selling app, because the packages don’t get scanned until they arrive to Detroit/Pontiac 24/48 hours later. Every other location I have gone to in the area, at least gets your pre-paid packages scanned on the same day.
