- AZalesio ziu2 days ago1.0Worker’s extreme rudeness made my mom have a panic attack in the store. August 20th, my mother, coming off a nursing shift, wanted to mail a package back home overseas. Her debit card was coming in the mail and her credit card had been randomly declining for a week. Her credit card declined once again at the register and she tried to make it work, to which the south asian male employee with a lazy eye told her to “stop wasting his time” and that “she doesn’t have the money”. She then pulled out cash from her wallet to show him that she could’ve paid with cash instead. He then tossed the cash back at her and said “I don’t want to serve you, I’m taking my break”. My mom has been coming to this USPS office since before I was born, and she has never left feeling that embarrassed and rattled. If this is how they treat human beings, imagine how they treat your packages. I WILL be reaching out to some sort of authority figure about this. Disgusted.

- CCCharles choiAug 4, 20261.0Their service is terrible. After the redelivery request, they kept the package at the office for 5 days and have done nothing until I visit the office to pick it up. Their system is awful and emplyees are bad, not properly trained. The package was severely torn when it was picked up.
