And very dismissive when you have issues with your mail missing, etc. Especially when you get the daily digest, which clearly shows the item photo of them having it, along with the tracking saying it arrived at their post office location, and then it magically disappears for days or infinity.

One of the workers, I believe his name was Masum? Took the time to really make sure we were all set. I’m so used to rude post office people and they restored my faith.
