  Although the shipment service from DHL is one of the best, however, for those who are unaware, (like I was) I must tell that all the items are inspected physically & hence, its always a good idea NOT to seal or tape or pre-package the shipment/ parcel. As in my case, (international shipment) the envelopes carrying greeting cards for b’day wishes had to be torn apart (as I had sealed them before I arrived at the store). The agent at the office did her best to retain it’s sanctity & helped me with the necessary tools to open it up. But, no matter whatever one does, few packages cannot be restored to its original state, once they have been sealed! And it was a huge disappointment & an expected embarrassment once the shipment reaches its destination ! Long story short! Avoid sealing the package before arriving to DHL!
