And he would tell me an answer and hang up in a rude manner. I’d call back because my answer wasn’t fully answered and same thing just attitude and a hang up. Asked for his name and surprise surprise a hang up. Bro sucks at customer service. Please talk to him or better yet fire him. Feel bad for people today that call the store and get similar interacts. This review isn’t for the store I’m sure they’re great and other employees are great but this guy sucked and should not be talking on the phone if he can’t keep himself in check I get ppl have bad days but damn lock it down when ur on the clock my guy.

You can return Spectrum equipment here...That's way better than going to the Spectrum office in Traverse City. It's always backed up. You get a receipt for your Spectrum equipment return that shows the serial number and tracking number. Perfect!
