  5 stars for Heather and Alex! Heather helped us trouble shoot shipping express over the holiday weekend with her excellent customer service. It was a complicated order and she was very patient and supportive. Thanks to Alex for the help on some of the details.

  Extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. We had a great experience. I'm reading some of the poor reviews and honestly feel like those must be for a different store. Maybe customer attitude and approach has something to do with it.

  I called the store looking for information on my package that was supposed to be delivered and the man who answered said nothing and immediately hung up, then when I called back, assuming the call had dropped, it had went straight to voicemail. I called back again and got the message saying my number had been blocked. Very professional service as I'm waiting for mobility aid equipment and can't get information on my package. The folks at the 14th street location on the other hand were very helpful and professional. if you are going to mail through UPS either go into the store directly so they cant hang up or just go to the better location downtown.

  The women with the pink hair could really work on her customer service. Perhaps ask what I can use help with, prior to jumping down my throat and accusing me dumping trash. When I just sat the return boxes down to go get help at the desk as the machine dircetes. The attitude given, shaking your head, and rolling eyes - definitely not helpful.

  I have a package that ups keeps saying they can't deliver due to address even though the address is correct. It says my package is at the Garfield location, so I come in and they look it up and they say it's not there, and they can't tell where it is? When I go to ask a question a old lady with glasses eating a pudding cup cuts me off by putting her hand up in my face and interrupting me saying "we just pack up stuff here we don't do anything else go online" typical..... ZERO help accountability or professionalism. I ended up calling UPS and couldn't even understand the person on the phone who was no help either. I ordered something off etsy and apparently they use UPS and they are TRASH my package is lost and nobody has a clue
