  Robert is the kind of professional you hope to find when you have something truly valuable in your care. My husband and I brought him a limited-edition piece of artwork and spent over 30 minutes discussing the safest way to return it to the gallery. Robert patiently walked us through every option, explaining the advantages of different packing and shipping methods based on his more than 35 years of experience handling fine art. At no point did we feel pressured—his only goal was helping us make the best decision. When we spoke with the gallery while standing in his shop, the return plan changed. Robert immediately adjusted to the new circumstances and professionally repacked the artwork for shipment. What impressed us was his integrity. He explained that, under normal circumstances, he would not have recommended shipping the artwork back in its original box because it did not meet the standards he would typically want for valuable artwork. Once he understood that the gallery only needed the original piece returned because they were creating a completely new one, he thoughtfully adapted his recommendation. When it came time to pay, Robert declined to charge us for his time, explaining there was very little to charge beyond a small amount of tape and wrapping material. His generosity, professionalism, and genuine desire to help meant far more to us than he probably realizes. It is rare to find someone whose expertise is matched by such kindness and integrity. We left not only confident that we had made the right decision, but grateful to have met such a wonderful person. Thank you, Robert, for caring for both our artwork and for us.

  My wife and I operate an interior design firm based in MN. When I needed to find a receiving warehouse to help install a client's furniture in Petoskey on short notice, Rob and his team came through for us. The service and attention to detail were above our expectations and we are so glad we found them! I just wish they expanded to MN so we could use them for all of our projects! Highly recommend!!

  Rented a Uhaul through here and it was by far the best customer service and experience of all of many U-Haul rentals I’ve done throughout the country. Everything was clean and nothing was in need of repairs. Highly recommend doing a business here if you need either a Uhaul rental and/or any packaging supplies. I’d give 6 stars if they would let me.

  My husband and I had a bunch of wall art we needed to ship out of state and to our dismay FedEx was unable to package it for us (unlike the FedEx we are used to back home). However, their employee recommended Handle with Care Packaging, which was just down the road. We called ahead to make sure they could help, and were given an estimate of how long it would take for them to package everything for us (we had a flight to catch this same afternoon). This estimation proved to be quite accurate! Rob, I believe, was the one who helped us. He took a look at the pieces and discussed their construction with us then built custom boxes to ship them in. He packaged them expertly, with great care, and with good speed. And it was all for a reasonable price! Highly recommend this business for all your packing needs! Excellent service!
