- ZHZack HowtonAug 14, 20265.0On 08/14/2026 I had a package delivered I was searching for and said it had been delivered. The mistake was on my end but the gentleman there (Ryan I believe or close too) was very helpful in assisting me located it on his end and I appreciated how understanding he was. I hope this review helps him not only with his position there at USPS but also motivates him on his journey through life, knowing even in what seems to be the smallest of courtesys, his help was Appreciated along the way
- LNLindsay Nonhof-FisherAug 10, 20261.0Nine dollars to mail six sheets of paper...I am from out of town and needed to mail a short story I wrote. It was six printed sheets of paper. I was informed it would be $9 to mail it because of the envelope I bought at Meijer. I didn't have a lot of time, the postal worker didn't offer other options like offering for me to use a different envelope. They refused to let me use media mail as well. I refuse to spend that amount for 6 sheets of paper. If I could give zero stars I would.
- AHArchie HantzJun 23, 20261.0Seems like I’m having the same problem everybody else is having with this USPS branch. Apparently all of the mail delivery people are dyslexic and deliver to the wrong address. I have had 3 packages in the last week that were marked as delivered that I never received. I have had several days of just getting no mail which is just not accurate. I have several checks, as well as a social security card for my newborn and I have no idea if these have been delivered to the wrong address, lost, or any other possibility. Absolutely ridiculous that I’m seeing all of these complaints regarding mail not getting delivered and this branch has done nothing to fix the issue.
- CLCarli LehmanApr 15, 20261.0I dropped a package off almost a week ago. The person working at the counter (younger male, curly brown hair, darker complexion) was extremely rude. The package already had a shipping label with barcode. He was very rude and told me I was going to trouble tracking the package. I stated I was sorry about the barcode being a little fainted. My package hasn’t moved. They either did something with the package or have not scanned it in. As if typing in the tracking # is too much work.
