Someone removed the fragile sticker off of the box. It was retaped cause the tap had so much hair on it. One of the items was stolen by an usps employee that was in the box. I definitely will not be using them again. I do have pictures of the box and item and it looks very bad
- JHJ HApr 18, 20231.0There is NO ABILITY to just call a local USPS office to just ask if they offer fax services. The phone menu has NO OPTION to just speak to a human/customer service rep. Instead it is a giant number menu with numbering submenus upon submenus, none of them relevant to that inquiry, and none of them just directing to a customer service rep. This is in addition to a super sensitive microphone that picks up every pen tap or inhale, and asks “It sounds like you said —, is that correct?” and when you reply “no”, it apologizes and starts at the beginning of it’s very long rambling explanation of the numbering menu.
