- TSThomas StevensonMay 11, 20261.0I was literally just stuck in a loop for 45 minutes trying to talk to somebody. I don't even live in Taylor and it seems like it will just be easier to drive to the Taylor post office to ask a question than it is to call. Thanks for the waste of time and no help.
- RWRiley WalterApr 23, 20261.0I had to pay postage for a package and i watched the delivery guy get out of his car then back in and left a redelivery note in my mail box and didnt even try to knock on my door. Even tho i was standing in my window which you can clearly see from the driveway. I then went to the post office to hopefully get the package and pay the postage and the lady behind the counter was very rude to me and was very dismissive of all the questions i had. I didnt catch a name but it was a white woman with glasses with a bigger build. They didnt even let me pay the postage there they just said. “They collect postage at the door” well i kinda cant pay the postage if your driver never comes my door.

- BSBrittnee SowleMar 27, 20261.0If I could give less I would. The 'postman' that delivers for Romulus around Inkster Rd and King RD is lazy and incompetent. I had two packages said to be delivered the same day, today, and one needed a signature. He dumped the one package that didn't need a signature on my porch but never knocked or rang my Ring doorbell. I received an email saying that, 'they'd attempted to deliver but left a notice for redelivery.' No notice left, I had to follow a link through the email i received but the soonest they can redeliver is next day. Tried to call the post office hoping to catch him fast enough to try again today since someone had been at the delivery address the whole time. However the lady I spoke with from the Romulus office says that they don't have carriers so I'm given the number to Taylor. Tried the number four times and no one ever answered.
