  Incredibly terrible company with terrible delivery people. Both my girlfriend and I were home with our 3 dogs and absolutely no one knocked on the door to deliver my package. If this Fed Ex person managed to knock to the point where 2 people and 3 dogs never heard them then something is very, very wrong. But, no they didn't bother to knock at all they just left their little note on my door and I was forced to call Fed Ex to make other arrangements. This package is worth well over $1,500 and I dion't appreciate it being handled by a doofus who has no idea how to so their job.

  Saturday 8/1. The young woman assisting me highly knowledgeable and proficient performing 3 tasks as machines tried to keep up. The problem was the were several people in line and she was the only employee. That's a management failure to put that on your staff. I don't want to see over worked employees of grossly wealthy companies.

  The crossed eyed tall white dude was unbelievably disrespectful. Flat out rude & even trashy. I calmly walked up to ask for help and before I even told him anything- I said, “I just want to be transparent because I struggle, at times , from cognitive issues from post stroke.” I then showed him the picture I was trying to send to the VA because my father just passed and I needed to send the headstone inscription. I asked him if I needed to fix anything- he instantly had an attitude, then said, it looks like a two. So I walked towards the white out and couldn’t remember how to properly write an ampersand- (stroke recovery ain’t no joke) I turned and politely asked for help- and he instantly replied with, “WHAT?!?” That’s what he said to me, “WHAT?!?” With a terrible attitude. I stopped and looked at him and started to ask if he was having a bad day- but before I could even speak again- he got louder and said, “WHAT?!?!?” Again- Then made an ignorant face at me. I thought this guy must’ve lost his mind. So- I said some choice words to him and walked out. I’m ALWAYS respectful and courteous. Always. But today, as I was trying to finish completing my father’s headstone after I just told him about me, my father passing, and the way he treated me was waaaaaaaaay out of line. Screw that. He needs serious training and counseling. I wouldn’t ever recommend dealing with him.
